What bolts go where?
12 months ago I bought a frame bolt kit off Norbo from RDLC Crazy. Nicely wrapped up in news paper and in a cardboard box were all the bolts pictured below, but no instructions as to which bolts when where.
Few more bits
Back on the bike today, started to work out where the internal organs are going.
Placed into the frame was both bits of the air box, the oil tank and the breather box.
Just loose fitting so I can work out where things should be bolted in.

Front End
When I collected the bike the front end had literally been removed from the frame in one complete unit, so today I’ve stripped the front end down and started to prep the bottom yoke for the new headset bearing.
The forks were covered from top to bottom in grease and grime and most of that has been cleaned off and I’m now going to look into replacing the fork seals.

Frame Re-Tapped
The frame when I bought it had been powder coated, but who ever did it hadn’t blanked off all the nuts on the frame.
I’ve had to re-tap all of the frame.
It’s been a long time
Nearly 12 months to the day tomorrow. But the build is back on. After watching the TT it’s got me wanting the bike back on the road.
Bottom
So this morning I’ve got up and I’ve installed the stock head bearing racers.
Next job install the swing arm bushes....

Painted
Following on from the previous 'Blasted' post was given some black gloss PlastKote paint to paint the bar ends, as you can see from the photo below they've turned out really well.

Blasted
Managed to find myself some really cheap bar ends on eBay, £1.92 is a bargain. But the condition they were in was why I managed to get them for such a low price.
My mate was able to get them shot blasted, the difference after they've been done is amazing.
